Academics
Room to go deep or go wide
BHS runs a full core curriculum alongside Advanced Placement and dual-credit coursework, so students can start college credit before they graduate. On the other side of the building, career and technical education covers welding, construction, automotive, agriculture, health careers, business and computer science.
Both paths are treated as real paths. A student who leaves here with a welding certification and a student who leaves with a semester of college calculus have both used the school the way it was meant to be used.
Class schedule
Students carry a standard course load with an advisory period built into the week. Advisory is where scheduling, credit checks and post-secondary planning actually happen, so it's worth showing up to.

Attendance & records
Absences, early dismissal, enrollment paperwork, and anything involving a parent signature.
Eligibility & teams
Physicals, participation forms, practice schedules, and joining a team or club mid-year.
Visiting the building
All visitors check in at the main office. Prospective families can arrange a student-led tour through the front office — it's a better read on the place than anything on this page.
